Candy Apple Kitchen

Our client has a traditional center hall colonial home on the second tee of a local golf club, and he wanted a design that was very out of the ordinary but functional.

He is a retired chief executive of an international firm and asked us to come up with something that would reflect his own liveliness as well as break his home out of the local suburban mold.

We have proposed a "Ferrari" kitchen - one that is irresistible in every way, from its highly polished reflective red lacquer finish, its meticulous attention to craft and detail, and its sensuous curves that demand to be touched.

We have also added a beverage center between the kitchen and the media room that will act as a link between the kitchen and the rest of the house, as well as improve traffic flow through the space.
